Hey I make websites right now for companies.

I just sell premium wordpress themes and i know some css to modify themes as needed. Anyways im charging what everyone else is, $300.....

I can get 2-3 leads daily.

Anyways im trying to hustle more.

I have a decent portfolio of a few really nice websites, I'd say their in the high end of websites appearence mainly cause i use the top end in wordpress themes.

Anyways my question is with a decent amount of experience in real estate and condos, how much could i hustle.... ive heard of people making $1000-$2000 from selling customets wp themes. Its common when u find em urself actually. No worries about them price shopping because youre the guy talking to them.

Anyways im tired of doing so much work just to pull in a decent amount with some retards from craigslist that barely pay.

How many emails should I send with my extensive real estate experience to get 1 decent paying 1k customer a week. U guys know the coversion from past experience.

    Since you're already clued up with the wordpress platform, why don't you think about creating your own wordpress theme... from your own experience what have you seen from creating websites for your customers that really works for your customers and converts for them? maybe that could take your skills as a service provider and become a product creator? however, not sure you could charge them a $1,000 bucks for it, although it would be a lot more automated and hands free!
