  • you are right but there is also another challenge with that as there are not many that will be looking forward to have to remember the all of that .

I think there has to be a better and simple way to manage all these with the tools that are online these days like last pass where you will only have to remember one pass and It will take care of all the other passwords.

You probably already know a few passwords, you just need to apply this 1 digit variation to the one you like most and that's it.

Nice trick, I've been doing something similar for a while, but instead of using the domains first letter, I use the total number of characters of the domain.

Great idea. Its a simple solution and one that could be easily implemented.
I would suggest coming up with a master password that has some relevance to the user, which would make it easier to remember. It should still be a mix of letters and numbers, but a string of characters that you won't easily forget.

And if someone cracked the pattern you try for passwords. Imagine the situation then you might be caught in big trouble. I prefer to use random passwords. And believe on my memory

      Good luck.
I log into about 30 different websites weekly, if I had to remember 30 random passwords, I really would have a bad time.
      It's just not handy

Of course, for the few passwords I really really need to keep secure, I have something different.
