What do i have to buy?

Hi guys,

Im pretty new here and i want to begin with a product that i can buy over here in the section special offers. Im looking for something that guarantees making money. The thing is there are a ton of scams between the good products. Screenshots doesn't say me a lot, because photoshop etc.

So my question is?

What can i buy to start with?

If you're looking for a guarantee, get a job or open a bank account.

And if you're not sure what you should buy, don't buy anything. Read. Learn. Experiment. There's plenty of free information to get you started.

Then, once you have a better idea about what you're doing, you'll have a better idea about what you need to succeed and what that is will be different for different people. But ultimately success is not about what you buy -- it's about what you do.

      Quote of the month.

There are no guarantees online. You cant even guarantee if an adult site will be up and running tomorrow. Throw yourself out there, start experimenting, run some ads, and do what you've learned from some free stuff you've been reading online. Be patient, and don't look for $5,000 within the next 6 months. It's tough when you're first getting started in starting a business online. I'm so glad i started a long time ago. You should consider Clickbank/affiliate programs... or ebay.

a product that i can buy
        Always remember this:

When you are BUYING - you are the customer of an Internet Marketer who is making money by selling to a targeted group of people. As a new marketer you are part of the target market for many sellers.

Always remember sellers are earning money online - buyers are spending it.

There are some good products that will help you - but know what you need and why you need it before clicking the "buy now" button.

Rule #1: Stay away from any product by any author that guarantees income.

Rule #2: Following rule #1 will keep you safe from many, many of the scams you mention.

Rule #3: Buyers don't make money - sellers do. Yes you need to know what you are doing but you are starting out looking for something magical to buy that will make you money. You make money when you sell something. Someone else makes money when you buy their something. Learn the difference and become a seller as soon as possible.

If you are a noob in IM, most products (even those that are not scams) will be almost completely useless for you at the moment.
Learn the basis first, know what are you going to do, and the, consider buying something.

Probably better to think of what you can be doing instead of what you need to buy.

Try to think bigger than that !

You will make money by reselling a good product than buy and use it.

Want to have an income that goes bigger and bigger every year ?

Search carefully and pick the right products to promote.

Thanks guys but i don't want to sell my own product. Just want to make affiliate websites or something like that

But i saw products like Source Wave (big one) and they also guarantee you money, but i think at that moment; What's the difference with other similar products?

I wouldn't say that there are that many scams actually. There's a lot blind leading the blind though.

Until you have a clear idea of what you want to achieve in your head, don't go out there spending money on products with stuff you are unable to execute.

Good advice in this thread. I have 2 cents to add....

The world does not need anymore "internet marketers". You will not be successful if you think that is a niche with a spot just waiting for you to fill it.

Instead, think about what you can do to make the world, or some small part of it, a better place. What do you bring to the game? Do you have any unique experience? Are you a natural problem solver? Do you have something already that others need?

If not, "internet marketing" offers nothing to solve your problems. The internet just offers a conduit for marketing whatever your real business is.

First, figure out the business. Then, think about how you might be able to use the internet to enhance it.

There is your roadmap. Now, you will be ready to start looking for any products that might help you pave the way.

      Thanks for this post. I don't want to be an IM that haves his own blog and sells his own ebooks/elearnings etc. I'm a blogger (in my own language) but the problem im having right now is;

Niches helllppp (every niche im looking for seems to be to competitive or something like that)

I want to make about 2K a month with websites so i can stop working for my boss (also because my work is very boring and i think im going to lose my job because the company doesn't have the money to give me a full time contract)

Jack is right here. I think as an internet marketer your first aim should be to bring value to someone. Actually giving something that will HELP them or improve their lives in some way. If you do that consistently the money will be a natural by-product. Whereas if you are in internet marketing purely to make money that will come across and people will notice that and steer clear of you. Focus on value!

If you want to go the affiliate route, you can save some money and get some good background on affiliate marketing and much more by searching for posts by Alexa Smith. Besides her posts, you can search for HUNDREDS of posts just like yours and the answers that others have gotten.

Once you know what direction you want to go, then you can decide which products or training may fill the gaps in your knowledge.

I agree with kilgore who suggested what you are really looking for is a job.

Nobody cares that you need to make $2k/month. People only care about what you can do for them. If the value you bring to the world is worth $2k/month, then you have a starting point to try to monetize it that way.

Your first task is to figure out your market and product. Nobody is going to hand you theirs. And even if they did, there is no reasonable expectation that you could make it work for you the way others made it work for themselves. There is so much more to a successful business than finding an open niche.

You are going about this backwards. You don't decide how much you want to make and work backwards. You find something you are uniquely qualified to offer and build it up. Over time. In most cases, lots of time. In many of those cases, there isn't enough time available before the idea falls apart. In a few, lucky cases, it really takes off.

You are stuck until you decide what you want to do. Then you have decide how.

You've been misled. IM is not easy money. Treating it like it should be is the fastest way to failure.

Your question needs to be more specific. What are you looking to achieve? What marketing mediums do you want to target?

There are so many options it's crazy. I've personally done a lot of them. I'll tell you this, the more I test, the more I go offline for my leads. Not that I don't love online, it's just that my offline derived leads wind up being about 4x more profitable and easier to deal with.

You can send me a pm if you want specific recommendations. But you'll have to be specific in what you want. Otherwise there are too many matches for "what you could do."

I'll give you my perspective, Wesley.

Firstly, I think that you can make a safe purchase from the WSO section. Yes, there are indeed a bunch of useless products, and I often believe they represent the majority, but good ones do exist. I don't sell WSOs as of right now, but I am in the business of selling information, and I do buy my own share of information. Speaking about the latter: I rarely get duped. The trick is to choose products with a lot of quality feedback. Ignore the first page or so, mostly friends helping out with reviews, and look for products with pages upon pages of great testimonials. The testimonial system works. Yes it can be gamed, but only so far. The WSO section tends to have around 5,000 viewers at any one time. Those WSOs can receive a great many reviews. I suggest you read through the methods, see which are appropriate to your strengths, and then begin wading through the reviews. Either that or explore other sites based on recommendations from folks you trust.

Hi... Have you had amny emails from people plugging WSO's??? because you have basically opened your self up to be sold anything to creating a thread like that

First have a think about what way you want to go in regards to IM and niche you want to operate in, there are tons of methods around.

Once you know the above, then look for a WSO that meets what your looking for, look at what people have said about it to make sure its useful etc, then stick with it and make it work.

      Good luck

unfortunately, the product is only the product without action so I believe that you need to take action and not only be focused on product that you think will guarantee you the money, especially if you are a newbie because it's all about learning process

To echo what most others said: you don't need a WSO.

This is not about preserving your money - most WSOs are cheap. Rather, it is about preserving your focus.

Figure out what you want to do. There will always be free material online showing you how to do something, whether it's starting a t-shirt business or an ecommerce site or a blog. Get started on that idea, building your offer. Then get free traffic by interacting on Twitter, Facebook, blog comments and forums. This is not complicated - it is the digital equivalent of setting up a lemonade stand and knocking on your neighbours' doors.

Then, once you've reached 100 visitors a day, consider getting a marketing product to help you take it to the next level. I bet if every newbie followed that path, the success rate would be a heckuva lot higher.

What I would do is look through this forum and understand what you need to first. You need to educate yourself first, buying or selling it is all a learning curve. Just make sure you are learning something new with everything you buy.

If I could start again I would learn the basics of list building and product creation. there should be some good quality products out on these subjects.

    cheers
