Would the weight loss niche fall under personal development also?

I have been buying solo ads to build up my weight loss subscriber list and not finding a whole lot of solo ads in that niche.

Does personal development also include niches like weight loss?

    Whenever I've heard personal developments, it usually refers to memory boosters, concentration helpers, etc. But I guess it could mean anything.

    Personally, I would think it would depend on the type of weight loss product.

    If it was something like self hypnosis, affirmations etc. then those could be considered personal development and also weight loss. Just like resistance bands and weights could be considered exercise and weight loss.

    I would personally think weight loss would be more along the lines of health, but I guess it all depends on who's classifying it
