What to do with this traffic?

I have a jobs site where i post job postings and i share it on facebook.
i got a software in which i load up facebook ids and share it to different job groups. Now i have around 300 visitors every day and 1200 page views but i don't know what to do. I applied for adsense but still it is pending
Can anyone give me an advice or want to help up?

    The people visiting your site are obviously job searching.

    So you could offer some free tips that help them prepare for interviews, dressing professionally, writing resumes and cover letters, phone interview best practices, etc.

    All things that tie into the job searching process.

    These tips can be simple, but prepare them for buying a more "full" product or guide later on.

      thank you for the reply but i want to earn something from it and i am not getting approved by adsense since a month, there is adf.ly on my site only, do u think i should remove ad.fly as it is very annoying..

    Of course it is a good job, there is no doubt about it. As already you applied for the google adsense, if you post would enough & good content, without plagiarism, the authority of the adsense, will approve. Some times it reject any one, due to insufficient content. It is still pending, So it is hope, that your application will approve.

    If your job site is local, you may sell advertisement to companies in your area. This will be more money than Adsense.

    Try Infolinks, Propeller Ads.

    But... 300 visitors daily is not enough for making a good living with Adsense.

    You need at least 10x of your traffic.

    I suggest you try chitika & infolinks. Both are good and reliable. You may also try affiliate marketing.

    If you want to earn much by adsense you have to increase your visitors.
    If your want to earn more money you can sale your good product like best resume, how to write a best cover-letter, Job recruitment guide, how to prepare for job interview etc.
    Or you can join with good affiliate program and promote your affiliate link.
