Hi Folks,
I am just now creating an auction for sitepoint (OOPS FLIPPA). I only ever did one before a long time ago. My question is can I and if I can should I embed a video in my auction description. The reason I am thinking of doing that is simple. This website I am putting up for sale nets about 5k/monthly pretty much on autopilot from natural traffic and it could do way more, I just don't have the time So I am expecting it to fetch $60,000 (actually my rankings are in a very aggressive field and likely really pissing off my competiton, so they may pay more) and thought if someone is spending that much darn money they might feel a bit better with a face to face (or atleast face to video) I suppose I can direct them to my site at peterlessarddotcom or give them my toll free line and chat with them if that is appropriate or would help. I guess I am asking what other than providing all the neccesary screenshots, access to stats etc... would make this as stress free as possible for a potential buyer. and equally from my selfish standpoint I am insanely busy with affiliate marketing so want to pre-answer as many questions/concerns as possible. YOU KNOW this brings up a good question, why are there no internet real estate agents? I know what I want for the site, would love to have an internet real estate agent sell it, take a cut and move on. hmmm.... thanks for any help |

Websites are no longer sold on Sitepoint so I'm confused as to how you could be creating an auction there. Did you mean Flippa?

I think the video idea is a great one. Take a look at jingproject.com. It's the quickest way to record a video and share it. There are internet realtors, they are called brokers. Just do a google search for site flipping brokers.
