Hi, I'am creating a video-course to create a professional web site with Wordpress wich costs 97 € for italian market.

Goal: sell 1.000 video- course within 31 december 2015

I used this tools

Lead generation: leadpages
Traffic: yahoo answer, social, PPC (first choice beacause it's fast and quality traffic) , forum signature, google alert
Email marketing: getresponse

Strategy
Optin page

First free video + free guide with affiliate link: pros and cons of the web site, hosting domain

Second free video + free guide with affiliate link: presentation and installation of wordpress, pulgin and how find a professional theme

Third free Video + free guide with affiliate link: the most important pages of the site web (home page, about us, contact, sales page), the importance of email marketing (funnel)

Fourth free video: traffic website and video sales letter

Video-course content

-The complete guide with affiliate link
-Plugin
-Content: installation wordpress with hosting, installation plugin, installation professional theme, configure setting seo, configure backup wordpress, create menù, configure optin form, create favicon, configure web master tool (analitcs, sitemap alexa, ecc), explain the email autoresponder, configure social, create a logo, create page and create articles.

Customer target
-Small/ medium factory
-future blogger
-freelance
-Cultural and sport association

    Seems to me like you're off to a good start... better than most on their first time trying IM.

    I think you should try to get all of that stuff done must faster than Dec 2015 though. I'm afraid if you spend an entire year getting this stuff done and you get poor results, you will be discouraged after spending so much time on your first attempt.

      Hey Massy,
      That is great. You are so far ahead than most people in this game.

      You seem to not only have taken Action but taken very focused Action.

      Which is really a problem for many.

      You just cannot take Action in of itself.

      You have to have a prudent plan with the Action ,and I think you seem to have done that

        I divide my goal in:
        -monthly goals
        -weekly goals
        -daily goals

        At begin i achieve easy goal and step by step i'll acheive more diffucult with increasing difficulty.

        I will be statisfied if i earn 1.000 € each month
