Real Estate Marketing Plan

Hey, I just got my real estate license and I want to build a strong online campaign. 92% of people start searching for a home online, so that's definitely a big enough number for me to take most of my time and promote online.

I was wondering if anybody else is doing real estate and if you are using the internet for your advantage?

I wanted to create:
- Wesbite with blog(Seo)
- Twitter
- Facebook
- Linkedin

I know video marketing is hot so I wanted to release a video a week or something. I know being consistent and releasing unique content is key.

Would anybody recommend Google ads or Facebook ads? Or any other recommendations ?

It looks like you have a decent promotion plan on your website already. You do need some content, but what you really need is a reputation for honesty and fair dealing. And a significant amount of content before you buy ads. It doesn't have to be completely unique, just trustworthy and helpful.

You probably also need to know if your broker will let you have your own website, that would be a good thing to know first. The people who are agents who can have their own websites often get their name in a dot com first, then get their business directory listings set up, then do social media and then set up a keyword domain.

As far as dot biz goes, I don't think there is much issue with SEO, I don't know that, but that is my opinion. The bigger issue is that most people don't remember dot biz or dot anything except dot com. No problems with clicking a link online, but as a brand its harder to establish. Not impossible, just harder.

If you did video marketing perhaps targeting a common question or concern in each video and kept the videos short and understandable to someone watching you could probably build your reputation very quickly. Put them on YT and embed them on your site and link to them on Facebook, you could have a good thing going there.

Headshot video for that would be OK too. You don't really need a bumper to start with, just you answering questions people worry about when buying a home.
