Hi i am new into the scene and i need help

A very good afternoon to everyone. My name's Edmund and i am new to the internet marketing scene. So far my earning's been negative and it was so bad till i am in debt now..

I came across this acme-people-search engine system where i am supposed to earn a free $125 by the next 24 hours. Its a system designed by Tissa from GDI. Has anyone heard of this system? Does it really work? Because i am seriously desperate to earn a quick buck to keep my account in the positive numbers side.

I even tried Adsense on google, however, because of my lack of experience in driving quality traffic, my earnings has been stuck on $10 since a month ago..

The reason why i posted here is because there is no newbie section or help-me section..

Any help would be REALLY appreciated!


PS: due to my ignorance, i am now in debt of $300 per month for the rest of the year. And my bank balance is less than a hundred. I am studying now but i am working part-time. My part-time job pays me $100+ a month, so i am still in debt. My parents haven't know about this, but i am pretty sure once they know about it they will kill me.

I seen too many scams online. I tried to avoid them, but i am still stuck in the mud. Any help would be deeply appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Why are you in debt $300 a month? Are you paying for a service? Could you cancel? Could you USE the service to make money?

Welcome to the Warrior Forum.

My first bit of advie is to NOT join that program. You will not make $125 in the next 24 hours. Trust me. Run the other way.

Next, if you are in debt, then you need to find a way out. Look at your current expenses and see what you can get rid of - online and offline.

Okay, now take a deep breath, relax, exhale.

Read as many posts here as you can and try to find something that sounds interesting or within your set of skills.

Do not fall for anything that promises to make you money overnight. It can be done a few days or weeks, BUT only if you have the right plan and are able to commit to working hard.

It's a fairly simple equation. You need time and/or money to make money. The more you have of one, the less you need of the other. Right now you are limited in money, so you have to be willing to invest as much time as possible.

Hello Edmund,

I have tried the GDI system before and will tell you right now it's not something that is going to make you money, or at least money that you will be happy with. When I say GDI, I am talking about Global Domains International, I don't know if that is what you are refering to or not, but that's what I'm talking about.

Question:
How are you in debt $300 per month for the rest of the year? Is it related to internet marketing?

I'm sure you will soon realize after going through this forum that marketing is very tricky. There is a lot more to making money online then just clicking a few buttons and calling it good. You are absolutely right. There are lots of scams online, and there are lots of e-books and reports that will not do anything for you. Get comfortable on here, there are tons of people that want to help you.

I am in debt because i helped out my friend to sign a few contracts to some membership thing that i am not using. Online i have this subscription that pays to WS. website domain and to Tissa himself for utilising his search engine technique.

After i posted this discussion, i browse around the forums. I saw alot of useful information that i am going to apply in my marketing style.. Any advises for me? I plan to focus on free blog advertising, earning from adsense..

I read the guides for SEO, backlinks, on so forth. Man. It sure is tough to do marketing online. xD

I have to say most online scammers love people like yourself, down on there luck, broke, desperate and looking for a quick buck.

The fact is there is no quick and easy way to make money online and the few people that have, I can guarantee you have spent a huge amount of time studying, testing strategies, learning and creating great content, blogs and online business systems.

Becoming a highly successful Internet Marketer or online Entrepreneur is not something that can happen overnight from a standing start, you really have to master a large number of skills and have a library of information at your disposal.

Some good advice, when ever you encounter a product with a pitch of pure hype, walk away.

But if you encounter someone, who seems genuine who says,

"look you won't make 40 grand a month, but I'll assist you in developing your knowledge and skills to be an independent online marketer in order for you to develop a successful online brand and product, but how far you take it is entirely up to you!"

Chances are they are probably being completely honest with you!

It's human nature to find the quickest and easiest solution to our problems, but sometimes the quickest and easiest solution can get us into even more trouble.

My advice, is that if your disparate for quick cash and you need to get things sorted financially. Don't look for a solution online, as it will probably get you into more trouble given that your somewhat disparate, which makes you that much more vulnerable.

If you have signed up for some program that's costing you per month, knock it in on the head and cancel it.

I'm no financial advisory but if I were you I would do my best to decrease my spending or money going out and try and increase my money coming in and if you still want to make money online learn the 'hard slow' way, think basic niche marketing, with affiliates and make adsense the iceing on the cake.

Learn Wordpress, SEO, HTML/PHP, traffic generation, promotion strategies, email marketing, relationship marketing, social networking and all the other things that make an Internet Marketing Pro.

I'm sorry I couldn't provide you with the solution your looking for, the fact is though there really is no quick and easy way to make money online.....

Though that doesn't mean crowds of people are going to stop trying, which keeps the snake oil merchants in business.

Cancel your subscriptions to Tissa unless you want to keep paying the recurring charges.

You don't need to buy anything to learn about IM, all the information you need is online free. So sit back, clear your head and start reading.

This is a great thread to read through when you are first starting out (although it goes to 9 pages!) Newbies - Stick together! and everyone on this thread really tries to help without gettng impatient.

I signed up for that. They won't let you host your domain on your own server. You have to do it through GDI.

I don't like lock-in tactics like that. So I shrugged, dropped it, and moved on.

Can it work? Probably. Pretty much anything can work, if you work it. I didn't want to work it, so I left.

The other thing about GDI is that you can only opt-out if you ring them - it can't be done online! You can sign up online but not opt out (cute huh?)So if you are in a different country, you just keep having your credit card debited until you finally get through to them!
Yes, in case you're wondering, I was idiotic enough to sign up for this without reading the small print.

I have learned that if something looks too good to be true - it usually is!

If you are paying $300 per month... get out.

As a newbie take advantage of all the free services out there and learn the ropes before you start paying for premium services with all the bells and whistles.

The harsh truth about internet marketing is that it takes a while to build and takes a lot of work.

For instance you may put up a website driving traffic to an affiliate program. That site may only make you a dollar a day... but it runs on auto-pilot. It may take it a year to start making $3 a day. Keep building. You'll hit some homeruns that really pay off... keep building. At the end of the year, with some hard work, you can have 100 sites each bringing in a few dollars a day for a six figure income that runs on autpilot. But it doesn't happen over night or without a lot of work.

Hi Edmund, Welcome to the forum. If you signed up for $300 a month where did you expect to get that kind of money from? You don't say where you are from or whether this is in US$ which I suspect it is.

Shed the load, get out of it and start again.

Several veteran marketers has already posted valuable comments that should be of use to you: and they are all almost similar in the expect that:

1) You are to stop paying the $300/month fee by cancelling the subscriptions somehow
2) You are to start learning everything that you can do for IM - that are FREE.

Believe in yourself(which I can see you are trying your best to by posting here for help). There are NO QUICK MONEY to be made here(that might not be true for all cases, but tell yourself this and believe this). You have to work hard in this field too.

Inspire yourself: many other successful people have failed worse than you or has been in a more dire situation than you and has succeeded.

You cannot post Private Mesages (PM) until you have made a number of posts here in the forum.

Listen to what you have been told. Don't pay huge amounts of money for something you don't understand. Cancel the account and look at free ways to make an income. Check out my signature - the affiliate marketing' one (nothing for sale there, it's all free information) and study and get to understand how affiliate marketing works.

Nothing is instant though, it all takes time, so prepare yourself and read, read, read!

I'm doing adsense myself and just doing a dolllar or two a day. Not a way to make a living. Try cpa offers too. I recommend you keep the adsense and start moving along, that way you diversify to 3 or 4 methods of earning money. My 2 cents worth.
