I'm not sure. If you look at the website's source code you see url(http://frankkern.com/wp-content/them...ner_middle.png) which indicates it is a Wordpress theme.

I am looking for something more like a wordpress theme or plugin.

You could use almost any theme that allows a
blank page then copy and paste an html coded
page into it - no specific theme required.

The theme being used is called "generate"

You could probably get someone to create a simple custom theme based on Frank's lead generation page for very little money. Try Freelancer.com, since they own Warrior Forum

From a design perspective, it's entry level stuff. You can replicate it with simple HTML and minimal Photoshop skills.

It's probably in your best long term interest to learn how to do that kind of thing (and more) yourself. There are tons of HTML tutorials around the web and Adobe now gives away Photoshop CS2, which would be fine for this.

Why even go to that much trouble? There are dozens of premium themes like this and better. Install and blammo. 2 minute job.
