Not sure whether this is a temporary glitch because of the migration, or something else. I was doing my usual round of cleaning up subscriptions; there was one from a marketer who used to send decent stuff earlier, but has switched tracks recently, so decided to unsubscribe using the link in the email Was surprised to see this going to a 404 page! "Sorry, the url you requested does not exist on this server!" Anyone seen a similar thing, or know more? |

No i have never come across that one before - i did have problems unsubscribing from a list a while ago as it kept saying when i unsubscribed "it may take a while" and every time i got a new message i would unsubscribe and after about the fifth time i was finally removed and that was with getresponse. I would contact getresponse as it is their responsibility to keep up to date with the spamming laws. Hope you get it sorted out. Kind regards sam X |

If you're getting a 404 error, something's broken, but it may not be at GR. Well, maybe not exactly. I had this problem with them a while back, and it was a browser problem. If the email is HTML, look at the source code/raw format and see if you can get the entire link for the unsubscribe. That might do it. Doesn't fix the challenge for people in general, but they're doing an update now, and this will probably get fixed along with it. Also, if you're using IE, try Firefox, if you have it installed. They seem to work and play better with that one than with Explorer... Paul |

I have the opposite problem. I can't subscribe to any new list that's on GetResponse. I have them whitelisted, but their confirmation messages never make it to me. I do, however, occasionally receive messages from lists to which I'm already subscribed. I just can't sign up for any new ones.
