The more you grind it out - and work your ass off - the more you have those 'aha' moments...

...those moments of clarity.

So just wanted to throw up a quick post today - and ask a couple of simple questions.

Do you think that if you were to have ONE unhealthy meal - it would make you fat and unwell? Hell no!

Do you think that if you were to have ONE super healthy meal - it would immediately give you the body of your dreams? Of course not!

One of the keys to achieving those long term goals is HABIT.

It's easy for someone to do something ONCE - but a KEY ELEMENT that sets apart that 1% of people who truly achieve their goals from the 99% that don't - is habit.

Whether you feel like doing it or not - form the habit of doing what you know you need to be doing in order to produce the results you need to get.

It's easy to sit in front of the TV - and watch other people live their lives.

We've become a 'spectator' society - in which we watch everyone else go after their goals. There are even TV shows coming out now, in which you watch other people watching TV!! It's crazy - and it's easy to be the majority that do that.

But what is not easy - is grinding it out - being the minority.

The person that forms the habits he/she knows is going to produce results.

So take MASSIVE ACTION, go after what you want, form those successful habits and ignore the haters.

Because life is too short to care about what anyone else thinks - but you.

    Hey Brokering,
    Another good post today.

I will second what you say.

I have found out through my own experience and observation that the ones who truly succeed are the ones who do the little things DAY IN and DAY OUT.

They do the things that most people do not want to do.

They make it a Habit and realize if they are persistent with it, they will see Success.

      Thanks Robert!

Exactly, people think it is one BIG thing they have to do - couldn't be more wrong.

It's all the little things you do every day - it's all those little successes you have privately that amount to those big successes publicly.

      It's so true.

Take massive focused action towards what you want every day - whether you feel like doing it or not - and it will change your life for the better.

      Yeah AWESOME book.
