New Domain Email Capacity is Full

Hi Guys

I recently bought a domain through Godaddy. I have not set up the site but activated the email account and have started using it. Having received about 15 emails there is a warning saying that I've almost used up the 1MB and I need to upgrade. I'd rather not pay for storage space and wonder if I can move my domain elsewhere to get a lot more space for free? I would appreciate your advice.

Maybe check out zoho.com. I have no personal experience with them but it looks like they offer 5gb of email space for free.

You cet up email forwarding and send them to an account without storage restrictions like gmail.

Then access all the email from all your domains in your gmail account.

I agree with Siteground. I published a case study with it and it is awesome, my first choice. Feel free to check it out in my website in signature.

Thanks for the information guys. OnSubie, I didn't know about email forwarding so I shall bear that in mind for future. I spoke to GoDaddy and they increased my storage space free of charge.

That is easy to do. You can do it from your host without a mailbox so no local space gets used.

Create one gmail account for all your domains to forward to. Then create a folder for each domain and filters to direct email from each domain to the appropriate folder.

When you login to gmail you will have a list of your domains as folders on the left holding the email.
