Hello.

I don't think $6 a day is much to ask for. But I am definatelty a newbie when it comes to making a profit by sitting in my bed on my laptop.

What I am asking, is if anybody has any reccomendations for how I can acheive this goal.

I currently sell graphics on fiverr, however the income is very inconsistant, and it is not easy to advertise gigs on fiverr, so I can't grow a dedicated customer base very much.

Skills I have are; general graphic design, video editing, animation, and common sense.

Any ideas on how I can make a consistant $6≥ a day?

Thank you!
Chris

(I hope I posted this in the right section.)

    Just 6$ a day ? Very easy! Just 180$ a month.

I wouldn't even work for 30 days if 180$ was enough.. lol

Just put up one lousy website for sale on flippa... you get get these lousy website by just doing some googling.. ( I don't think i can talk about how to access these website here... )

Thats it! I hope you decide to scale this up.

You have a valuable skill but you just need to know how to use it. Instead of fiverr, why not try to advertise on craiglist and find people who needs this service there. You can pretty much get much higher fees for the service you render. If you just get one $50 gig a week, you pretty much hit your goal.

Head on to Fiverr. You should be making at least $8 every day in the next 5 days. If you find it difficult, hit me up for free tips. I won't charge you a penny because I know you can't afford me services at the moment. It s all FREE

Create a quick video course on how you sell gigs on fiverr and launch it at a $7 price point on Udemy.

People want to know how to do what you're doing and they'll pay you $7 for that info all day if your course is legit.

Obviously the $6 is not a huge money. One can earn this amount easily. There is no doubt about it. If you think the Fiverr has no enough gigs order. You can work others site beside the fiverr. There are many better freelancing market place than the Fiverr. You can use which you choose. Fiverr deduct $1, per gigs. so its commission rate is 20% on the total amount. Other sites commission is 10% only. So you can earn more than this. Thanks

Why not create more gigs on fiverr doing what you said you have skills in (Graphics, logos, video editing, animation and so on) to try and create a few more income streams which should even it out when earnings are not consistent from just the one gig.

Dont limit your self to fiverr, go on the likes of freelancer and bid on projects.. You have to put your self out there to get the work, the work wont come looking for you!

      Good luck

Hi Bamaerox and welcome to the forum!

While making $6 a day may not seem a lot it can in fact be hard to achive when you don't know where to start. You say you have graphic skills so making that kind of money should come pretty easy.

I don't know anything about you, your drive, motivization or skills or the amount of time you can use to achieve you goal but ...

    Here are some options:

    * Register at Odeks and Elance. Create a profile with showcases of samples of recent works. Start bidding on projects and you should be able to grow your income fairly quickly.

    * Search the Warrior For Hire/Warriors Wanted part of the Warrior Forum and you should be able to get some gigs that way.

    * Create a Classifieds ad (not WSO) in the Warrior Classifieds section showcasing your best creations.

    * Later on, if you feel you can create some good looking graphics like payment buttons, salesgraphics, arrows etc why not create a WSO and sell it there? Hit me up and I might even be able to partner with you on that one! ;-)

    * Find some GOOD graphic packages that comes with Private Label Rights allowing you to edit them and sell them on. Improve on the graphics, make them better, bundle them up and sell...

BAM! $100+ a day with a few hours of work!

    Best Regards
    Martin Sand

    Hundreds of ways.

I'll give you one very simple idea to consider.

    Forums + CPA

If you can afford a domain and hosting, great; if not, just grab yourself a Blogspot blog.

    1. Join your preferred CPA.
    2. Look at the email / zip submit offers.
    3. Based on available offers, find the right niche of forums.
    4. Right forum niche = Multiple & Allow signatures to blogs.
    5. Write a product review, including your affiliate links.
    6. Post on forums.

What are email / zip submit offers? These are where someone only has to enter their email or zip code to take action (no credit card needed). Examples: MMORPG (online gaming), survey sites, gift cards, free samples. You can earn anywhere from 90 cents to $12 for a simple free join.

Once you set this up (make your blog, join the forums) this is a dead simple way for you to earn $6 an evening. The beauty is the more you post, the more traffic you send. Forum posts have a habit of being indexed by Google. So once you get 500, 1,000, 2,000 posts out there, all floating around different search engines, you have some nice passive traffic flowing in.

It won't make you rich (although, when you're more experienced, it actually can make a lot with some advanced tweaks), but you should be earning your 6 bucks very quickly, possibly on the first day. Work on it, as you say, in bed each evening, and you should aim to ramp up the cash to $50 a day.

    And another one.

Just having my morning coffee here; waking up. Let me give you another one. (Helps to wake me up!)

    Local Content Creator

Businesses where you live, those who own websites or have social network pages, need content; some of them know it, some of them don't. Your job is to give them content on a regular basis. Given your design skills (and, judging by your literate post, writing skills), this seems up your street.

    1. Create a Facebook Page or Website for your local content service.
    2. Offer writing, web design, branding, logo, video, infographics, etc, etc.
    3. Find local clients from Google search, Adwords, Facebook Pages, G+ pages.

    Think about it.

You own a hotel in, say, Wallace, Idaho. You spend $200 a month on Google Adwords. Someone explains to you how having regular content can help you eventually get all of that traffic and more, but without the need to purchase every click; instead getting it organically. Would you be interested?

The trick is to secure a good handful of local clients who retain you each and every month for your services. This way you have regular, stable income. You can sell yourself as a social media manager, a content writer, or you can do many one-off services like logos and branding. And, with you being local, businesses are more comfortable hiring you, the chap up the road.

I have a writer who does this and earns enough to support her entire family and live very nicely, by the looks of things.

I've heard of people making a very good income with panhandling. And $6 a day should be no problem at all. I realize it's not what you, or probably anyone else here, were expecting but you didn't rule out other methods.

I came across a guy who made about $20 a day by asking motorists at gas stations if he could put the gas in their car for $5. The most profitable days were during bad weather. I imagine the winter time could be very profitable.

And you can learn from either panhandling or filling gas. There are lessons in marketing and sales. Think about how you may possibly become very comfortable dealing with strangers. Then you could even apply that knowledge, experience and confidence in a sales job. Yes, a real job in which you could work your way up to a sales job that pays high commissions.

You can do outbound telemarketing or cold calling. And you can dramatically increase your earning potential if you learned how to close (sales).

That's all assuming you have an interest in those things. If you're young-ish, then it's worth considering.

Think about this: it's tried and true. The methods work, and you can improve and refine your "hustle" on the street. You'll be much more savvy, tough and confident than the average marketing/sales person.

Now-a-days earning $6 or more is very easy with money making online websites. And recently I have come across a micro job providing platform globalwebworkers.com where you can earn money with so many programs like doing specific tasks, writing on forums, starting campaigns, and a lot more. You can also earn by affiliate programs by referring the site to others. And the other good thing about the site is that you can market and sell your
      products and services there.

I am no one to lecture, but I don't think you should be aiming that low. Work hard to find a Job and then Work harder to grow and prosper. Keep learning and improving. Instead of Fiver, make accounts on Odesk, Elance, and Freelancer.

Make a few good samples and protect them by watermark. Create a good profile for yourself, and in your portfolio include the companies you worked for previously. Now search for Jobs, and keep applying to as many as you can in one day.
    Send your samples too.

I won't say you'll find a good Job on the first day, but it'll happen. Be consistent, and you'll get a good Job. Eventually you'll be earning a lot more than your current aim

I speak from experience, I have seen it happen.

Actually fiverr, elance, Freelancer, Odesk etc site also good for making money without investment. And $6 is also very lowest income for you and another. If you want to earn this small amount then you can start PPC (Pay per click) work. I think PPC is also better way for making money for lazy ($6) persons. . And besides you can learn good things. Such as you can make website or blog then you can do SEO, Marketing and affiliate business then i think you can earn much and much money.. $$$ ~

If you know graphic design, video editing and animation, my opinion is - don't waste your time for 6 bucks. Set an hourly rate of minimum $20/h and try to find clients. Working for $6/day can only make you miserable.

Another thing you might want to consider is finding one graphics job a week that pays $40. That comes out to about $6 per day and cuts the amount of customers you have to find and deal with from 7 to 1.

OP: Yes, as many others have said, you can earn such a small amount with similarly small jobs on race-to-the-bottom sites.

I'd like to suggest, however, that you reframe your goals. You say you have some skill in video, graphic design, and animation. Well, if you get really good at just one of those skills, then you will be able to charge a lot more than $6 for each job, and develop a waiting list of clients. The huge problem with IM today is the mediocrity of skill. Everybody can do a bit of this adn a bit of that, but coming across somebody who is strong, even professional, at their job is like finding gold.

So pick a skill. Develop your talents at it. Build a portfolio and profile. Post your job across multiple sites and engage in the communities. And stop thinking in terms of a ceiling of $6 each day - you could earn a lot more.

Well when it come to make money online, people usually complicate to much.
I was in the same position, but I learn one simple model.

    1:Learn
    2: Do
3: Teach other to do same as you.

As someone mentioned before, teach other to make money online as you do.
There are so many people out there who even haven't knowledge as you have.

Writing on Fiverr can be an easy gig to get too. Offer value (400+ words per gig) and make it express for the first few sales. Good way to get quick exposure and a recurring income.

You already have one on Fiverr, check how can you make it consistent. Add more options like you will add new design for another $5, let them upgrade. You might as well ask for tip or just ask some referrals or tell your satisfied buyers to share your gig in their twitter or FB wall.

How about giving more traffic to your gig? Post it to classified ads or local newspapers? Create a press release and use testimonials from previous buyers...so many things to do to add traffic...All you have to do is to consistently do it while working on your orders.
