How would I find JV partners for this site?

I'm a huge ebook addict so I launched Mass-Ebooks (see signature below for link) a few days ago. I would like to JV with some people where as I place their freebie on my site and announce it to my list (about 6400) in return they would announce Mass-ebooks.com to their list. I even did a separate webpage (see note below) explaining the benefits but so far the response has been luke warm.

Any suggestions for gathering JV partners for something like this?
