Anyone good at writing proposals? Need a hand....

I work for a lead generation and optimization company. I've put together a standard simple proposal for some of our clients, but I realize now that it needs to be more benefit focused rather than just present the outline and the costs to the client. Anyone free to help me spruce it up a bit? Can send you some $$ for your time. Thanks.
