Wikipedia -- need help with legit entry

Hi All... been a lurking Warrior for awhile, finally have a reason to post.

I think I have a legit case for a Wiki personal page. I have a successful podcast, millions of downloads. a not self-published book. my work has been referenced in 4-6 other published book and a couple of scientific journals. I have the support of a lot of very highly regarded science/research folks.

But here's the problem -- I have a lot of haters. A lot of my stuff deals with controversial stuff like psi and NDEs and Wiki is just crawling with folks who will go to any length to disparage this stuff.

Any suggestions on how to move forward? I think Wikipedia is incredibly unfair/unbalance re the topics I'm interested in, but I don't feel like just turning away and letting the bast**** win.

If what you post on Wiki is legit and genuine there should be no problems. The other users can, of course, report your content but if Wiki finds it OK it will not be removed.
