Clickbank alternatives for EU

Hey guys

Here's my situation:

I started on clickbank by selling an ebook called Caveman Principles. It was in english, so it made sense.

Later on, I translated it to slovak and added that to CB as well, because of all the benefits that it offered. Namely what I needed was a service that:

- would handle customer payments for me
- would automatically send out commissions to affilliates and made it easy for them to sign up and promote my product
- would send out the product automatically
- would automatically add the buyer to my email list

So I opted for the Clickbank + ejunkie + GetResponse combo. It works well, but...

These days I'm publishing a printed (slovak) version of the book and the english version is practically not selling at all. I also don't enjoy having the customers paying additional price for the VAT, which goes who knows where...

So what I'm asking is... is there a service (or combination of services) that:

- doesn't charge for VAT
- handles payments
- can send out the product automatically if it's an ebook (or can be set up with ejunkie to do so)
- sends me an email if someone ordered a physical book
- automatically adds the user to my list
- supports affilliates (ideally pays them automatically)

Any ideas?
