Hi my fellow Warriors, I'm mapping out a pretty serious product launch in the week after the next but right now I do not have a list AT ALL. So, to kickstart this business without spending millions on PPC I would love to get some JV Partners in my boat who would help me out with their lists. The question is: How would the payout be handled? Let's say we're doing 50/50, how do I track sales from each affiliate partner? Does all this work through Clickbank? Does CB automate the process for my possible partners and me? Like, they get their affiliate-link and everything is tracked auto-magically? Do I need to make changes to my sales letter webpage? Another problem: Imagine I would want my JV partners to send their list to a few opt-in pages where I give away some awesome content in the pre-launch phase. How do you typically handle this? I do not have the budget to pay for leads, which sucks. Is there a typical way this problem is handled? What can I give them in exchange? Or is this impossible? How would you go about the pre-launch-phase if have no list and not a big budget? |

Hmm, this was on page five already. Does nobody have any experience with this?

You can start your own afilliate program using Rapid Action Profits. From what I know this product is pretty cool. I know some Warriors have used it, maybe they can give you more information about this or maybe some reviews. Hope this helps |

Hi Sven, You would probably do well to invest in some kind of affiliate management software. As MrEyeconic posted, RAP will do this for affiliate and JV payout for PayPal. You can set higher commissions for the JV partner with it. RAP will also handle the sales process for your product. Only thing is, you have to use PayPal for sales. Thanks, John |

I do my JV usually with PayDotCom. I let the partner sign up as an affiliate on PDC and set a percentage, like 50%. And then the partner can sell with his affiliate link in it and you can see the stats on PDC. Its a little more reliable than clickbank, IMHO.

Thanks for your answers. I'm hearing a lot of Rapid Action Profits around here, maybe I should really take a closer look at this. However, what would you do in my case, where I cannot afford to pay for leads on my opt-in-list but still want help from a JV? Or is this absolutely impossible to work out a good deal with someone? |
