Problem you say sometime we do have "limited" budget..

I use the Content Authority. Get someone who is "Expert" class.

"limited budget" could be everything from 0 to some hundred bucks, depeding on your usual limits... ;-)

You should also take into consideration the normal rates for premium content.

    some examples and suggestions:
    • a professional writer could take US-$ 30 for one 500-600 words article. This is (should be) HQ and premium content.
    • you could hire a freelancer e.g. on freelancer.com. Rates are very low there meanwhile. I've seen lots of offers at US-$ 1 for a 500 words article. This would also be premium, but could be lower quality, dependung on the freelancer. You'll also have to pay a fee for your request.
    • You could use PLR, free or bonus material (e.g. with another WSO) or for an affordable price. This is not premium and not unique and quality can range from mediocre to HQ. I'd recommend to rewrite such articles to get unique content, or to get them rewritten if you're lacking time or if your English is not perfect.
    • You can get HQ material also in the fitness niche as WSOs for a very good price, compared to the amount and quality of material (most of the offers contain text, graphics and even videos). If you pay US-$ 15 or 30 for a package of articles, ebooks, images, videos and some related bonuses, it's a nobrainer if you have the money. If you don't have it, it's of course unoffordable. So it might be wise to keep your money until you'll discover such an offer and buy it fast, if it's a dimesale.
    • Some PLR providers from time to time send free material (articles, even videos) as gifts to their lists.
    HTH ;-)

Have you considered using YouTube? You'll get plenty of ideas for content on there. If you wanted to do it yourself, then look for the videos related to the content you're looking for that are labeled CC (captions).

You can read those and make notes to help emphasize and create new content. Just don't copy word for word and put your own stamp on it. So you could consider doing something like this, then if you ever needed someone to check grammar mistakes, consider something like Fiverr seeing as you're on a budget and get them to look over it before publishing the content.
