How to choose the paid traffic?

I've set up a landing page in women's weight loss nich, and I want to start driving paid traffic to the website that converts, maybe paid leads?
I know it takes a lot of testing and it's not that easy. but I'd like some guidance on where to start.

Thanks in advance

My suggestion is to use Facebook ads. You can create a small campaign and target women who have expressed an interest in weight loss. 35-65 is a good age group.

You could use bing ads by using their free vouchers and see how it goes.

I would also start with Facebook Ads (for all of their targeting reasons) but I would urge you to narrow down your niche even further. You have to be able to speak to the person you're trying to attract.

Think about it... the reasons a 35-year-old wants to lose weight are A LOT different than the reasons a 65-year-old wants to lose weight. The 35-year-old might have just had a baby and wants to shed pregnancy pounds as opposed to the 65-year-old who might need to lose weight to avoid diabetes or another disease.

Very true. Luckily Facebook makes it very easy to do this.

Plus, with weight loss the landing page needs a lot of care. Most people want to hear how the weight loss program helped YOU lose weight.

Therefore you could use gender/age/ and geographic targeting along with interests in order to target a well-defined audience. Match the landing pages as closely as you can with target audience.

You can get super targeted with Facebook, so I would start there. Bing is also another good place to start and as "balloondrop," mentioned above, you can find some free vouchers online to get you started.

If you don't know what you're doing, then be careful.

Give yourself a budget, say $100/month and spread that out over the 30 day period. If you have $1000, it's the same principle. Only spend what you can afford to lose.

Try Bing ads for the bing/yahoo network. They still have quality traffic at low CPC. Facebook is tricky...and I wouldn't recommend it right off the bat.

Invest in a solid course, then start small. For paid traffic, I personally love PPC coach and PPC sumo.

Your timing is great especially with all the New Year's resolutions that will be made in the next couple of weeks.

Keep in mind that gym memberships surge in Jan. and Feb. and so will any offer targeting women looking to lose the weight. The good thing is that this niche performs well all year long.

There are many of these out there but what I have used in the past is BuySellAds.com.
You can choose to advertise on other like minded niche sites where people, women in your case, are already going to sites to learn about weight loss.

This is a great way to build a list as well as to sell products. However, I would not recommend a hard sell. 2015 will lean WAY more towards relationship advertising. For instance, I will be creating step advertising where each encounter will be a step toward a sale.

Offer value 1st. It's going to be a give, give, and give more kind of future before sales are made. The world is becoming oblivious to ad bombardment. How many ads a day do you ignore?

I suggest you buy targeted traffic from sites that offer this kind of service. I've tried buying traffic from Webtrafficgeeks.com, Fiverr, and Revisitors.com and so far, I've been getting good results.

For your needs you may use social media traffic + Youtube (if you have a video), but I think the best quallity traffic for it you will have via Google Adwords.

You will need to do your demographic research to pin point your target audience. You can go on Alexa - Actionable Analytics for the Web and get a detailed break down of your target audience.

If you want cheap clicks, use FB ads with countries like Albania, Bosnia, Philippines, Argentina... But if you want USA or UK clicks your budget have to be higher!

First of all make sure your funnel converts prior to investing large amounts of money into paid traffic. You can start with solo ads found here at the warrior forum or a place called udimi or you can search for blog owners with email lists and ask about a solo ad, I believe there are plenty in your niche. If I was you I would also find forums and leave a signature and provide value to the community, also try starting a blog or guest blogging to show your expertise in your niche. If you learn to provide value above anything else than you will do no wrong.

Facebook remarketing and custom audiences are a great source of paid advertising. This way you get the opportunity to focus your budget and stay on track with a laser-targeted audience that was looking for your services to begin with.

    Hope this helps.

Facebook ads can bring you quality leads, But currently Facebook ads is too competitive and clicks are a little expensive for weight loss niche.

Any paid ads that you do, you want to test them out and see what kinds of results you are getting.

You can only do that when you send people directly to an offer and not to your home page first.

Pay per click is the way to go.

for us killer targeting, good copy, and lots of testing is key

But if you want action and good amounts of sales, go to BING and FACEBOOK, and ppv.

That is where the $$ are at if you want to kill it with PAID TRAFFIC.
