Best video content creation tools

Hi warriors,

I am developing some video content strategies for two of my clients, which I am pretty new to.

With video content in particular, does anyone know of any video creation software or on-line programmes of reasonably good quality that allows for downloads and use across most social networks.

Free options or reasonable paid options would be the ones I am most interested in.

Depends what sort of video you want to create. For cartoon type videos, Powtoon is fairly good and easy to use. There are free and paid-for options, but (as with most free options) the videos are watermarked.

Other options are to use PowerPoint and Camtasia (paid) or Active Presenter (free), or to outsource the process.

Thanks for the tips. I would be interested in trying the Powtoon for cartoon videos. Thats a great help!

The actual script and voice-over are the most important.

How much are you being paid? And, is there a chance of repeat business from these customers or is this a one time thing? The answer to those two questions could determine what you have available to spend on software, as a one time sale doesn't warrant a huge software purchase. Though you might look for a trial version of an expensive software that gives you a week or two use before it stops working and then use that to do the work you need. As for voice overs, you could possibly outsource that aspect and work it into the finished product.
