Can you buy solo ads from Safe-Swaps if you have no list, or is it just for people with an already existing list looking do to ad swaps?

They have a section where you can just buy solo ads from people. They also show the geography where the vendor's people are coming from prior to buying.

I have not been using them lately but they used to
sell Solos.

Instead of swapping your list, the same guys will send your
blast for $$. Think of it as a one-way swap.

I would think you can still get Solos. Just email their Support.

You can find lots of facebook groups which does not list solo ads provider but also gives review of the solo provider.

As far as a website is concerned soloadmarketplace.com is like classified solo market place.

I believe Safe-Swaps has transitioned from purchase of Solos to only swaps, if you want solos go to UDIMI.
