Hi there everyone. Does anyone have any techniques in testing a product before investing to much time in it. Say I a came across a clickbank product and found some good keyword with low competition. Before I invest to much time in it, do you think its worth while 1. Testing with PPC first, say for 100 clicks to test conversion rate and product quality. 2. Test with a couple of articles on EZA and see what happens? Any thoughts on this? |

I think PPC is by far the quickest, most efficient way to test a product's sales page for conversion rate. If you know what you're doing, it doesn't have to be too expensive. EZA is much slower. You have to work at getting your articles ranked before you can expect a significant number of clickthroughs. Obviously it's much less expensive, and once the articles are drawing traffic they're likely to keep doing so. Steve |

Ok great, thanks for the responses. I will try a test, create a few articles and submit to several directories and at the same time try PPC and track the results.

I have also heard that you can sell a similar product as an affiliate to see what type of response you get although I have never done it.
