Being an Affiliate with Solo Ads?

Hi, I have been looking in to solo ads lately. I don't really know that much about it, so I apologize if this question is seems stupid lol. One concern/question that I was wondering about was can the person you bought your solo ads from be an affiliate for your product?

I wouldn't really want them to be, since I already paid them. but what if they sign up as an affiliate for my product?

Nathan, don't feel stupid. We all learn at some point

There's no harm in asking them. But you need to have good intentions, and ideally good EPC's. Has the product been launched at all? Did you do a JV launch and used platforms such as MunchEye, Warrior JV and JV Notify Pro?

There would have to be something in it for them, in order for them to most likely agree. If you don't have any of what I just suggested, then consider putting together a Pay Per Lead program. Then they'll get paid and that way you can start building a list and market your product and services.

I find your concern a little odd. You would be willing to buy clicks from the solo sellers, but you don't want them to promote your product? Is it because you would have to pay them a commission. IDK maybe I am missing something.

Most people that build lists for the purpose of selling solo ads, don't send their list messages with their own affiliate links. They feel they can make more by selling the ad space to other people, and for one specific reason...

If they sent ads with affiliate links, some people on the list may not click through and purchase, meaning the income is fairly random.

If they sell the ad space via solo ads, they get whatever they charge for the clicks, no matter what. This gives those people a sense of security, but a severe limit on income potential.

Smart list builders use multiple lists for different niches and purposes. Some may even have multiple lists in the same niche, so they can send their own ads to one, and sell solo's through another.
