Clickbank sale without Order form server call???

I have been promoting a product on Clickbank with a constant "order form impression count" every single day, but not a single sale "Order form server call".

Today, I got a sale without "Order form server call" and that sale came from item 3 which looks like a up-sell item for only $12.34. (the product price is double that price)

Is it possible there is something wrong with Clickbank tracking?
I thought It wasn't possible to buy a an up-sell product on Clickbank without buying the main product first and with an "Order form server call". (its not re-billing.)

    You are definitely not alone.

    I have been seeing some weird things from clickbank lately.

    I noticed a sale, that was almost immediately reversed. When I contacted cb about it, they assured me that such a thing had never happened, and that I must have imagined it.

    Wish I would've taken a screenshot at the time.

      Ok, good to know Im not the only one.

      I think I should take a screenshot and send to Clickbank as It doesn't make sense to sell something with out a order for server call + only a up-sell item!

        Yeah if you contact their support you will get an answer on what exactly happened.

        The support is normally very quick to answer, and generally very helpful. I'm curious to hear what exactly happened.

    might be.. sale happen when vendor promote his/her product using email follow up... just imho

    Agreed. For a few days, my hops completely disappeared and I was still making sales? Hopefully Clickbank is trying to straighten this out.

      Clickbank analytics (for me) have been completely worthless for quite some time. They don't seem the least bit concerned. I am moving away from them more and more.

      There are much better options and the corner they had on the market is gone.
