Default My Contact In India has disappeared leaving me stranded

I am involved in web video marketing and have started getting involved with that for the last 6 months. I am starting to approach bus owners
with IMing services , SEO, WEBSITE DESIGN, BLOGS, KEYWORDS, EMAIL Mrkting etc. I offer it becasue I have (had) a source in India that for some unexplained reason has been AWOL for almost 3 wks. I was hoping i can get some feed back from the Warriors in this forum that can direct me to an outsource contact that is very inexpensive good and RELIABLE (dont know if asking too much) I have several prospects contacting me about websites etc, I i just found out my wife's website is graded 5/100
on website grader . Not optimized at all and i have no clue how to begin to build it up

Many Thanks in advance to all the knowqledgeable Warriors out there that can give some advise to a fledgling IMer.

P.S. what is a trackback under the New Post Thread Window

Don't take this the wrong way, but perhaps that is a business service you're not quite ready for.

Just because there is a market out there does not mean YOU should enter it. From your above post it appears that would be a HUGE mistake.

Find something that you can handle first, grow a little knowledge as time goes by, and then you may have a chance at helping others.

It looks like you're biting off more than you can chew with this plan, and business owners have the habit of suing folks to get their money back who misrepresent their abilities.

I use elance.com for all of my outsourcing needs. Place a project and outsources bid on it. You can check their portfolios and talk to them in the meantime.

next time up, hire a few freelancers and spread the work out evenly. That way if one goes awol again, you will still have part of the project completed and it won't be hard to find another do to that little job quickly.

Also when you're at it, regularly hire new freelancers to do small jobs to see if they are any good. that way you'll have back-ups and won't have to go out searching.

I like Odesk and Elance.com for finding good freelancers. And the advice that jobic gave is spot on. Never depend entirely on one freelance, and test them out with smaller jobs first to see if they are good at what they do, and if they deliver on time.

Elance, Odesk and other outsourcing portals can be great for finding talent however can still be difficult to rely on. I have learnt over the years that it is better to form relationships with a single business. That way, they know how you work and what you expect. So you do not have to continually explain tasks on new projects.
