Can someone identify this Squeeze Page? (High Converting Landing Page)

Hey Warriors!

Back in 2010, I used a squeeze page which converted REALLY well. It was available for free download from some web designer.

The page is the following (Web Archived page):

Although as the code became outdated I then eventually stopped the campaign and didn't maintain any copies of the website file.

I'm hoping to try this squeeze page again for a different incentive as I remembered it gathered excellent opt in rates. Unfortunately, I also can't find the website it was on anymore (as there was a specific product name)

Do any of you happen to recognize this squeeze page design and know where I might download it again? It was simple HTML and CSS landing page with a thank you page.

I feel like the particular squeeze page might not convert well nowadays,
    but I might be wrong.

Also it seems like it's just text to me, nothing drastic.

Why don't you just hit Control + S to save it locally,
change it with Notepad++ or Dreamweaver and then upload it to your host?

Yeah it might be a lost cause to be honest. What worked back then tends not to work nowadays.
By taking a look at it, it looks very outdated and it probably won't get the same results that you did before.

This lead capture page is very easy to duplicate if you had hosting and some kind of website design tool. I always create my own pages.

If it's sales that you are after, it's not so much the squeeze page that helps you make the sale. Yes the lead capture page is important but not as much as the 'path' that I lead each lead that comes to: me.

Some call it Jedi Mind tricks but to me it's just 'shaping' my leads mind before they come to my lead capture / squeeze page.

I assume it was a done for you squeeze page? To save time waiting to hunt for it, if you have any knowledge in HTML and CSS, then you could simply use firebug (browser app) or inspect the element and copy the HTML and CSS, create 2 separate files and upload it. Then you'll just have to tweak the coding to get it the way you want it.

Yes you can just hire a freelancer to code it for you if it happens to convert as you mentioned you can easily make your money back.
