Online Services For musicians? Please Help cause I'm stuck.

Hello all...

I was wondering if you guys could recommend any services that would make sense to offer to a musician trying to market themselves online with the goal of getting more fans. I have a friend in a band and I just started helping them with their email list, but what other services could I offer to help a musician marketing their music to get more fans?

I was looking in the warriors for hire section and could not think of anything besides maybe youtube marketing services and video creation. Thank for any help you guys have to offer

    Don't forget to build them a facebook fan page and link it you their own website. Post sample clips and photos or videos every day if possible. And provide a signup form on the both sites for email up dates. Good luck.

      The most important thing is getting their sound out in a branding manner, so that a particular sound is always associated with that particular group.

      Band name dot com. If you can't get that, get the dot net. if you can't get that, use a hyphen. Try domainsbot dot com for searching, you won't get skunked by GoDaddy snapping up your domain.

      Soundcloud demos.

      ITunes podcast as you follow along with the band during the week on their adventures, ending with a demo.

      Set up your own podcast and interview the band members.

      Stitcher channel.

      Write an book about the story of the band's creation and musical inspiration and publish it on kindle.

      Those things should keep you busy for a while. :-)
