How much do you reinvest?

Hello

Just wondering how much of your profits you guys are reinvesting in your business?

When you are starting out and starting to see some profits, I say that you should reinvest all of it in traffic to grow as fast as possible.

I personally reinvest any profits that I do not immediately need for other things. I don't buy expensive luxuries or have nights out. I pay bills, invest and the rest goes back into the business.

Depending on the blueprint being implemented.

I've had some that was just about 100% (especially in the beginning)...

And others, that didn't require anything even close to the above number

Reinvest as much as you can, as long as your metrics are telling you that your returns (ROI) are worth it.

Very little, to be honest. (I tend to take my IM profits and invest them in another, non-IM business which does require capital - but very little else - to expand.)

I don't use paid traffic (not paid for with money, anyway), so there's a limit to what I can spend on my IM business, really. I always invest time and effort, and nowadays I also employ three full-time VA's, but that's more or less a "fixed cost", which has the great advantage of not really increasing as the income does.

Yes - I'm sure that's good advice for people who (a) can afford not to withdraw any profits to live on, and (b) whose traffic-generation methods involve paying for traffic.

I have used some paid traffic, on a couple of occasions over the past few years, and with some success, but it's never been anywhere near as responsive, convertible or productive as my major "free" traffic-source.

I re-invest between 20-50% every month. If i was just starting out, i would reinvest all my profits IF i didn't need the money right away, but i think alot of people may not be able to do this as they might need the money asap.

    To Your Success,
    Pete

At least 30% is a great point to strive for... There some magic or mathematical reasons behind it. Heard it explained before but I don't remember all of the good stuff.

I don't need to know how electricity works for me to use a lightbulb. Once I heard that presented I just began to use it as my own personal rule of thumb. It definitely helps things compound quickly.

Make sure you track everything because there will be times where you should use more, and a few times where you may need to scale back a little bit.
