Micro Niche Sites Outsourcing. Good idea?

Hi guys,

Do you honestly believe it is a good idea to outsource a micro niche site building after doing a thorough market and keyword research and then give those hard researched keywords on a silver platter to an unknown outsourcer to build our site who then would steal our campaign?

Is there a way around that besides building the MNS ourselves? How to find honest outsourcers or at least someone who would not hijack our efforts?

Thanks in advance for your input.

Thought about this before. I would just outsource over a few different writers etc to make sure they cant truly catch on to what you're doing.

when you say, micro niche site, do you mean a one page site, if so, you could probably make that site in less time than it took you to do the research. Even if it was a 4 or 5 page site, once you get your system down you can make these sites in a few hours

Well I mean a site containing at least 5 pages. BTW any good sources to read on what the structure is for good google PPC compliant sites?

For small sites I have been experimenting with Silo Structure. Here is a link to a series of instructional videos on how to set up a site. It looks difficult, but once you do it, it is really easy Website Silo Structure Configure Category Posts And Other Plugins

I think you should learn how to build a simple site, there are lots of free info about wordpress and such...

But if you insist to outsource, you can just outsource writing articles and put them your site by yourself even if your site looks very ugly... First publish your site, then let Google index it and then outsource the website design to make it better. Just an idea

The only way I would outsource such a small site is the content, unless you hired a VA and basically trained them to be a project manager for them.

  • Tapiatom,

Think about this -- An established local or offshore company that has heavily invested in business development / people / processes / technologies / growth / expansion, especially those that have a solid clientele base, won't most likely risk their reputation and their investments and the jobs of their hundred or so employees and their entire business by breaching an agreement with one client, more so if they have bigger, better and longer term contracts with other clients...

becareful with the micro niche sites, they do not always rank and it could waste of money.
concentrate on the results when you google something in quotes. if it high or low
