Opening a new promotion events in London

Hello ladies & gents.

My name is Alex I studies Architecture,Cooking & Bar tending all my life , well let's face 10 years of my life dedicating to a better service in form or system.
For the last months i being thinking about opening a new promotion company, I did the domain ( still finishing some HTML notches ) talk to my venues , Dj's, Dancers well pretty much the whole pack . but still i am feeling a little cautious about it ! i want to have a strong feet on the ground so i don't fall so easy.
Now the question is after all my research I would like to knows way to gain capital from companies & sponsors the more is the better. I still reading a lot of books in terms of business marketing & still a long way to launching day even though is been over 2 months on the working on the process.
Does anyone here would recommend me anything before I jump into the business .
Appreciated before hands people .
