Stupid question, I just got approved for 2 affiliate links. So exactly where are we allowed to post these "links" as an affiliate?

It depends what they are, but in general, that's decided by two different sets of terms of service: the terms of service of the merchant/network giving you the affiliate link (they'll have rules about it), and the terms of service of the places where you might want to post them (they'll have rules about it, too!).

In general, "on your own website" is a good place, but "in emails sent to your subscribers, with whom you've built a trust-based relationship" can often be best, for affiliate links.

Yeah you need to create your own website and start promoting those products or something. You can also try to join forums that allow affiliate links in the singature and be active there... but I'd doubt finding any forums that don't have rules against it...

If you are looking to promote products as an affiliate there are many different routes you can take with that. You can promote your affiliate link to your email list (if you have one). You can create YouTube Videos around your product and post your affiliate links in the description. You can promote products on Facebook Fanpages, you can create a blog and post affiliate links on your blog. There are many different ways to do this.

    Stupid question
Yep. Asking questions like this shows you have a lot to learn before you start trying to promote.

    whereever you want
No, actually very few places beyond those you control.

No question is stupid. This is how you learn the ropes. Check the offer terms for the links you were approved on. Usually it'll list what's allowed or what's not. If not or you have specific questions like these, reach out to your affiliate manager (if you have one). It should be real clear as to what's restricted and what's allowed.

If you are specifically asking about this forum, the simple answer is "nowhere". Affiliate links are simply not allowed.

Beyond that, scroll up and read Alexa's answer again.
