I am preparing to send out my first Press Release, and I have a question for those more experienced in using Press Releases. What kind of page should I link to from the press release? Below are my choices: Sales Page Opt-In Page Home Page |

I've always used my optin page, but I don't mention it in the main body of the article, I put it at the end of the article (the press release looks like an article) along with an offer for a free something at www.myoptinpage.com :-Don |

i would definitely use the optin page. you know the money is in the list. nice looking site by the way. also, if you're submitting to 1888 press release, make sure your press release doesn't look or read like an article, they'll reject it everytime. just follow the example of other press releases. answer the questions who what when where and how |

You want to capture your leads for the best conversion over the long term because once the visitor is gone they most likely won't be back anytime soon, if at all. Definitely use the Opt-In Page so you can follow up with those initially interested in your material. You're most likely to make more sales by following up with your leads than a one time visitor. Nice website! |

Thanks for all the advice, and the comments about the site. I have set the press release to go out tonight, with a link to the opt-in page. You are right that I would rather have my service in front of their eyes 7 times over the next two weeks than once when they happen to read the press release. |
