I want to create an international level real estate classified website.having an advance searching system.I want to have website's ads like facebook posts.& an advance advertising system.
Note: The website is not for google adsense and etc advertising purposes. The ads will show only like facebook shows either on right side column or in timeline when someone wish to boost their posts or want to attract visitors to their website.
I want to receive suggestions from You that how much it should cost/How much should i pay to freelancer(s) to develop it

What you have described is easily $100,000 or more if you want to do it all yourself (as it sounds like from your description).

What kind of servers do have to develop on and what do you envision the back end and content management system to look like?

Why do you want to build a site like this rather than a smaller easier to manage site?

How would you make money from a site like this?

Please don't take me the wrong way - I don't mean to sound disparaging, just realistic/honest. A site of the kind you describe above is not for you. This post explains why.

Real Estate, Homes for Sale, Apartments for Rent, Local data - Trulia
Apartments for Rent - Rent.com® Apartment Finder

Yes, I do ... I know two of those websites very well and have spent countless hours using one of them, actually. I wonder whether your friend has any realistic perspective of the amount of financing required to set up and manage a web-business of that kind? I'd think high 6-figures would be the absolute minimum, myself. Those are very, very far from being "small businesses".

Once I read online and some freelancer was saying that i will develop website like booking.com in 1000$.
and due to it I have something like this in my mind about budget.

Not many of the really successful online businesses start out with web sites and budgets of the 900 lb gorillas. They begin small (and manageable) and grow to eventually be big. Their web sites get modified, adapted, and upgraded as they go.

It's OK to dream big and have a plan to dominate a market. But getting from nothing to the dream directly and quickly is, IMO, nothing but a pipe dream. Start small, taking one step at a time. Learn to crawl first, then walk, then run. Your chances at business longevity and long-term success will be much greater than if you try to go from nothing to HUGE!

            Good luck to you,

            Steve

    Hello,
Well seriously revenue depends on traffic. So, try to get as much as traffic you can get. Then, you can make thousands of dollars !

    hope this helps

If you want a classified ads site then my advice is to download osclass and have it extended to fit your needs. Its 100% opensource which should significantly reduce coding time.

i am not going to discuss the merits of the business idea, as the OP really only asked what a script like that would cost.

to suggest that such a "site script" would cost 100k to get up and running is absurd. a quick google search reveals several real estate directory clonses from $20-$2500 ish. many have advertising programs built in that are very much what like the OP briefly described.

But if you have 70% of a site coded for even $2500, and you through in 2-5k for other development, you can get pretty much anything done that the OP appears to be wanting.

100k sounds like maybe if you hirred the government to build your healthcare site and outsourced it to 5 compnanies before it got to the guy doing the actual coding. Then maybe 100k is about right. lol

and i am not suggesting you couldnt spend 100k developing a site like that, but there is no reason in the world to go that route for a first launch phase unless you have VC type money backing the marketing budget which would be in the 8 figure range to warrant spending 100k to build a site.

developing for scaleability these days is super cheap. you dont need a whole server block yourself to start with. thats so 2000ish. developing around amazon or places like togglebox.com is incredibly cheap.

the only thing that would drive development costs into that range these days is building a site that is going to be getting tens of millions of views a day. then the cost is all in the backend architecture to handle that sort of traffic. nothing on the frontend of any site should cost near that these days.

so in short. i am sure you could get a working site script up doing pretty much what you are saying for anywhere between 1k and 10k ish.

now if you want to develop everything from scratch, you will be probably going above the 10k before you are done, but i cant really think of a reason in the world someone wouldnt start with an existing script and modify it... unless they had more $$$ than sense or a massive VC type of project.
