Best solo ads, CPA or Performance marketing method for campaigns

We running on a low budget and wish we start small see results and scale the success paths from the few channels we conclude here.
My 1st campaign is selling ecourses online. I want to convert sales using any methodology you advise.
What I would like:
I would like to do solo ads
I would like to do CPA
I would like to do performance marketing
We do offer affiliate system if you advise we use affiliate marketing to drive
Our methodology is to offer any ad network commission on sales. We not interested in clicks or cpm models. We want pure driven sales performance marketing.
What do you advise for marketing. The best networks with proven results in my particular niche. Or any individual with solo ads offer. I've google the various solo ads platforms and I'm not sure what's the best. Warrior forums has a few threads about solo ads. However I'm not sure whom targets my niche if any out there.
