What are the three biggest challenges that online marketers face?

I have been trying to make money online since last 3 years. I have failed more times than I have succeeded.

Am stuck somewhere in the middle and I need your help, if you have a couple of minutes. I am working on something and for that I want to ask you a question.

What are the 3 most common problems a person faces when he starts his journey to make money online? What problems occur that more than 90% people don't even hit the break even mark. Are these some common mistakes that each individual make? Because it seems highly irrelevant that it is based on luck.

Also, please tell what according to you could be the best possible solutions to these problems? What things should a beginner take care of so that the chances for his success increase and the risk or probability of failure drops low?

I hope you will take out some time from your busy schedule and revert back. These questions will not take much time. I'll surely refer you and give the credits once I am done.

Waiting eagerly for your response.

In general lots of newbies think they will make a ton of money immediately. I don't blaim them because that's what they are being told when signing up for training programs. I believe the most important factor is consistency - avoid the golden object syndrome when you feel that you aren't making enought money. 2. Focus on conversions instead of traffic generation. Once you have something that converts well enought you will be able to buy all the traffic you want. 3. Invest your money in traffic instead of training courses once you have something that converts.

I think it is the learning process if you are a beginner and being consistent and dedicated. And generating traffid and building an established network.

If you have the money to advertise and all then traffic generation shouldn't be a problem though.

One suggestion I would give if I may is that you should change the "blog" in your signature. Instead put something like "learn to earn money online". Since that's what your blog is about. People looking at your signature will know what your blog is about. Otherwise they'll have no idea.

By the way, you have a nice looking blog

Belief in the "I will try this" idea instead of the "I will do this" idea.

Trying is a constant idea in the marketing campaigns for MMO. It is almost by necessity because of the rules in various places about income claims of the sellers. But what the "try" idea does is put people in an endless cycle of buying more and more stuff, thinking that this time it might work.

Some things do work, of course, a lot do not. Often that is because the material is teaching something outdated, or wrong in the first place. And often the results are poor, because of the expectation of trying but holding commitment in reserve, just in case.

Belief in the, Set and forget" idea, not as popular as it was in times past, but it is still often sought after. These ideas are present in the constant stream of questions on the WF about, setting up automatic blog empires, instant keyworded link insertion in blog posts and dozens of other ideas that all have the underpinning of belief in the "no work, but lots of profits" idea proposed by sellers.

Its not just on the WF that this kind of thing shows up. There are lots and lots of people with business fan pages on Facebook that have been led into purchasing a system in the belief that ll the need to do to succeed is post a couple of times on their fanpage. That idea never worked and still doesn't.

Belief in the "personality equals success" idea. So many products are sold based on the personality of the seller rather than on the merits of th eproduct and the match to the aims of the buyer. Personality does indeed sell products, but having a recognizable personality selling a product doe snot mean the buyer is going to be as successful as the seller is.

The buyer might be successful, for sure, but it will not be because of a purchase, it will be because the buyer took action on the ideas within the product.

Those are the top 3 that I can think of.

I think the hardest part is getting started. Especially when you start with 0 experience, which most people do. There is a nasty skewer of lies and fake promise surrounding IM that you need to sift through before you can learn properly. Well, it was certainly that way for me back when I was starting..

I would have to say the 1st challenge would be using the wrong methods/wrong programs. The 2nd challenge would be having the money to start a real opportunity that works like your own website or blog. The 3rd challenge would be burning out/lack of motivation in order to build it up with content over months of time. I've been trying to keep from succumbing to the 3rd and probably most dangerous challenge out there but have felt better lately with getting more daily shares & traffic

IMO the biggest problem people have is not having the perseverance to see a method through.
