[Advice] Sales funnel and list segmenting

Hey Guys

I'm currently running a new website that offers services to the construction industry.

I'm really trying to get the sales funnel and more importantly the list side of the business running like a "well oiled machine".

I want the list to be segmented and organised as to what the lead is clicking and how the behave during the sales process.

I put together a small mind map of what i have in mind for the whole process

Funnel/lists setup - MindMeister Mind Map

So what i'm asking here really is whats you views on this and would you do anything different?

All the services are available via our website and range from $146 to $3030 (our actual prices are in GBP) the site has been up for a week and we have 50 subscribers and 3 of these have already purchased a smaller service totaling $450.

I just want to ensure the funnel and lists are arranged correctly to ensure its reaching its full potential

Most 6 figure marketers that I know who implement high ticket, do not hardly segment at all. I wouldn't personally overthink the concept at the early stages. You may just want to consider segmenting your buyers and non buyers and then go from there.

Depending on your overall strategy, let's say for example you promote a Facebook product... you may want to segment Facebook product buyers for another upcomming launch but in general it's going to be promoting to the majority of your list, as it can take weeks or months for people to resonate with you, trust you and eventually buy from you.

To begin with, I would just focus on building relationships and engaging with each and everyone of your subscribers and segment a buyers list and non buyers, but at the end of the day, if you focus on relationship building right out the gate, then chances are you won't even need to segment the list.

Just depends on how you want to manage things I guess.

Thanks for your reply, sometimes you can definitely over-think and complicate a simple formula
