I had a very nice conversation with Chris Negro yesterday about distributing his WSO to new subscribers.
Here's the deal; the sign up on the site is for 13 deadly marketing mistakes. Now - I can deliver this all as a single document or I can drip it to the visitor over some period of time. The advantage to the drip is I get to make my pitch for an evaluation of their website marketing 13 or 14 times. Presumably, because I'm delivering content also, they'll read my message. Repetition of the sales message = higher conversion. The risk is that if I don't deliver it all at once, they'll get impatient and go away. Which, I guess is not much of a risk, because they're not likely to be prospects anyway. repetition of the sales message = frustration Chris and I think the drip technique is better. Anyone have a different view? thanks! Mark |

I would do the drip technique and make sure the best is saved til last so that you are keeping them hooked on what you have to offer them.
Bit by bit they will be learning lots of information and it wont be in their face all at once. kind regards sam X |

I would do the drip method too. One thing that helps keep interest is to give them a sneak peek/teaser at what's coming the next day to make sure they're looking out for it.
Would be a good idea to also test how often you deliver your pitch to see what works best for conversions. You may want to give a break every second message or so on your pitch. |

Dripping all day. Also, try to switch it up sometimes: If you have 13 deadly marketing mistakes and you give out "one mistake each day" then you can surprise your subscribers by given them two "mistakes" on the sixth day for example. This is defnitely showing them that you care and are interesting. Having a routine is great, but then breaking the routine from time to time with something extra is the way to awesomeness.
