Is it the right value of my site?

Hello Everyone,
I am the owner of a celebrity blog and forum, I have seen that its possible to sell website on the internet so I was checking an online tool and I found the value of my site is around $75,000.

I really would like to sell it as soon as possible.

Can you guys give me a confirmation about the metric and system used to evaluate my website?

    You can also try valuate.com as well but it will only estimate the value of your domain name.

    Your site is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it but at least you can get a ballpark idea.

    List your site on Flippa and see what you can get for it.

    Those evaluating websites are not accurate. I think industry-standard would be around 10 months of revenue

    The figures those tools give you don't add up to a can of beans... Don't get too excited about the $75K figure.

    More importantly:
    - How much revenue is your site generating
    - Any decent traffic stats

      An automated/software valuation is meaningless. The site is worth what someone will pay for it.

      If it's been established for a reasonable length of time, and has steady-ish, independently verifiable/proven income, then (other things being equal) around 8 - 10 months' income might be a ballpark "valuation" that shouldn't be too horribly out of line with reality.
