What thread should I start with?

Hi,

I am new to site. I have been listening and reading up on a lot of info from books to podcast, too much probably. I think I grasp the concept. So I want to start and I am looking for the best recommended thread for the newb to get started today.

My main reason for not starting as an affiliate marketer yet is 1. Not knowing what my site should look like? Can someone point me to a great website that is strictly made as an affiliate marketing page? 2. What is a good theme to use for affiliate page. Any WP template you recommend that works great for affiliate marketing? 3. Best way to promote these products if you have no friends on social media to promote to and What should my site consist of blog post, stories.....

My goal is to promote some products for passive income and use the money to build my own product and become a vendor.Any help would be great.

Thanks again

Is there a niche you are looking to tackle?

That will help clarify what you are looking to accomplish.

    Also, did you know...

That you don't really need a lot of money (or much at all) to create your own product.

In case you wanted to start creating products before becoming an affiliate,

"How do you get to <wherever>?" "Oooh, well, I wouldn't start from here".

      All three
of your questions/issues relate, directly or indirectly, to "what sort of website you need to do affiliate marketing successfully". It's not the best starting position.

In my opinion, you should start with something that will enable you to re-appraise "how and why people buy things through the links of affiliate marketers". What the affiliate marketers' websites look like - though sometimes relevant in a cursory sort of way - is much, much lower on the long list of answers to your broader question than you appreciate.

May I offer you "two posts", instead of "one thread"?

Two of the most popular forms of monetization, among affiliate marketers, are ClickBank and Amazon. Without pre-judging what you might end up promoting, or from where (either, both or neither), I suggest that just as illustrative examples, as "background information" if you like, you could do a lot worse than to examine these two posts (one about each). I hope they might, between them, change your perceptions of what really matters on the subject of "learning about affiliate marketing" in general ...

If you're open-minded enough to let them help you, they'll help you.

Thanks for your comment. I know my post is all over the place. My mind is going a mile a minute. But the reason I am about the site, is because I was looking into a review type/affiliate marketing approach so was trying to see if there was any that are easy to edit. I will check out those posts. Thanks again.

To make easy for you, I consider you already have keyword or product to promote:

    1. I recommend you to pick blog review models for starter.
    2. Type on your browser" best affiliate wp themes" then choose what you like.
    3. Start getting find a group or forum and expose your profile also growing your followers and drive them to your affiliate blog. If you don't start now, you will waste your time.
