Secret Adword Tips?

Has anyone purchased Armand Morin's "Secret Adword Tips?" If so, comments---good, bad or indifferent would be greatly appreciated...

It's put together well in that you can easily digest the product in small chunks or in a single 90 minute session...but the secrets where "meh"...or better put a "few" where useful to me but on the whole it was all "meh" for the price. There was 1 tip that may end up very helpful to me, but only time will tell. However those with lots of adwords experience may be disappointed...
