need help problem with banner pixel

hi friends
my English is poor .so i use translate software help me .
right now i try learn media buying ,i already download some of banner gif or image in the affiliate network but connot upload to traffic platform because image pixel .
for example traffic platform need 320*50 pixel banner but my affiliate network offer is 300*10 pixel or other pixel .
i understand best fast way to fiverr find others help me made that .but i olny start to internet marketing .so i have no many money .

    You can convert your banner image to specific pixels. You can use this free online image converter. You can input your specif width and height respectively in the pixels boxes as shown in the screenshot below.

      thanks for your help .but that might make my imgae look odd. in face ,thare are many like sitz in the china .
