Authorizenet still having some problems after fire

Just a heads up if you or any of your customers are having problem with Authorize.net?

One of our customer who is using Authorize.net and Concord EFS, (they are a national electronic commerce processing company) is still having problems with some transactions and rebillings. This started after the fire that brought Authorize.net down last week.

After many phone calls Authorize.net confirmed they were still having problems with Concord transactions and gave no estimate when it would be fixed.

None of our other Authorize.net customers who aren't using Concord are reporting any problems.
