Nice video - of course there are a lot of other things you can add to really charge it up like optimizing a wordpress blog on your domain.

It went too fast and was too hard to tell what you were doing. A voice over telling exactly what you were doing would be much better.

Yep, this is good stuff! I believe strongly in powerful backlinking strategies and tactics. I especially liked the social networking/bookmarking recommendations. The RSS feed submission site is new to me -- but I haven't been doing much with RSS feeds in general.
