Editing licensse file

Hi everyone.
Hope I am posting at the right section.
I bought some PLR and MRR and came with License file.
My question is what ever I decide to sell , i have to edit the License file?
for example if i want to sell as RR , I have to edit the File and only Keep :
[YES] Can be sold.
[YES] Can be sold with Resale Rights.

and am I allowed to remove the URL link from the License file?

The original file is this one:

[YES] Can be sold.
[YES] Can be sold with Resale Rights.
[YES] Can be sold with Master Resale Rights.
[YES] Can be added into membership sites.
[YES] Can be packaged.
[YES] Can be offered as a bonus.
[YES] Can be given away free.

[NO] CANNOT be sold with Private Label Rights.


Sell it - give it away - whatever.

    You can only edit a license completely from your own work. If you have completely redone the product you purchased then yes but you can't take a RR license and change it to MRR. hope that makes sense.

      Thanks for reply, I didn't Mean to sell Product with RR and change the License to MRR,
      what I meant is the reverse , assume I bought a product with MRR , and now I want to sell it ass RR , then do I have to edit the License? or I should only sell as MRR with the original License file.?

    1. When you are selling the product with RR license, then the buyer can only sell the product to the end users, that's it. This means end users can't sell the product.

    So, if you are selling the product with RR, then the license will only be as:

    [YES] Can be sold.

    and NOT including:

    [YES] Can be sold with Resale Rights.

    2. When you are selling the product with MRR license, then the buyer can sell the product to the end users and end users can also sell the product.

    So, if you are selling the product with MRR, then the license will be as:

    [YES] Can be sold.
    [YES] Can be sold with Resale Rights.


    P.S: You can specify the license file accordingly, based on the product that you are selling with that specific license.

      So what I understood is when I sell any PLR , MRR , or RR , I should always give the customer the modified License from me ( Respecting the original license request )and not what I had when I bought the product .
