$9977 per sale profit - Ebay to Amazon Arbitrage. Amazing Proof.

I've seen this technique referred to a couple times, where you find a price variance on a product between Ebay and Amazon. You buy it at the lower price and sell it at the higher price.

Here is a product selling for $22 on Ebay right now:

Here is the same product selling for $9999 on Amazon:

Brilliant!

All you have to do is buy it on Ebay for $22 and sell it to someone on Amazon for $9999.

That's a $9977 profit from each sale!!!

Just scale it up. Rinse and repeat. Rope a dope.

OK. Joking aside, I like to use extreme examples to make points, and that is the irony where the more money you can possibly make from an arbitrage sale - the less likely you are to make the sale because the selling price is out of kilter.

In all seriousness, the Amazon - Ebay arbitrage method really doesn't work. Let's say you want to buy on Amazon and sell on Ebay.

What they don't tell you is that prices on Amazon.com change on almost a daily basis. So let's say you found an arbitrage deal with a $10 profit margin. You list it on Ebay. A week later you sell it. You go to Amazon to buy it and ship it to your Ebay customer but find that Amazon increased the price by $10.

    Now you made nothing.

Last year I bought that DS Domination course and tried this. It would take about 2 hours just to find a potential deal with a profit margin. But Amazon "got me" most of the time when they increased the price. Huge waste of time.

Well..few months ago I launched a course on that method.. we have other 140 students now paying monthly..and I can assure you that all of them are happy..find highly profitable items..
Many of them have made sales within 2 weeks..
We even created a software that checks the prices on amazon..
and updates listings on ebay automatically..
      So..
Basically..if you search for ways to succeed, you'll find it..
If you search for excuses, you'll find ones ..
My advice to you is to keep trying, cause at the end you'll find highly profitable items !

      My word!
      Go and succeed my dear

Great example. LOL I have never tried this method but I here it talked about and I guess if it works for them, awesome but I would think it would be a huge waste of time with very little profit.

Retail arbitrage is an excellent way to spend a lot of time making very little money. I love all these "I made $10000 in a week" posts. What they neglect to tell you is that the product cost was $9998.

Before some one tries this.. Amazon will kick the ISBN or ASIN number out. Same with Pampers. Amazon has deals in place and Carter is one of them, were they buy direct from the Manufactures. They wont allow you to compete in some areas.

Amazon will not allow it to post to your sellers account, when they ask for these numbers in the bar code. Also includes UPC or others in the bar code.

I had a sizable second-hand book dealing business on Amazon some years ago. With price matching software anomalies, some of my titles were priced at several thousands of pounds. Never sold one though.

      That's what's going on here.

Just because its selling for $9999 doesn't mean it has actually been sold at that price. This is ridiculous.

The amazon to ebay arbitrage does work but not to the level many claim. Too many others doing this, there are wholesalers undercutting prices all the time and as someone mentioned prices and quantities fluctuate on amazon all the time.

And as someone else mentioned it takes a lot of time to find items that profit very little.
