International Merchant Accounts, online Credit Card processing- Recomendations?

Hello,

I am launching a online travel website in the next month for hotel reservations for a specific area. I need a online merchant account that is secure and will transfer fund to my Panama bank account. I know it might be a long shot but does anyone here have experaince with offshore Merchant Accounts?

I have found many that offer services where they will wire the money twice a month to your bank account in any country.

I just want to make sure I get a very secure account and would like one that does not holdback 10% of all the charges in a reserve fund for 6 months like many do.

If anyone has any experiences Bad, Good or indifferent with services that offer international merchant accounts please let me know.
