You know I lost interest and faith in the reseller/master reseller rights.
Because the product will be on hundreds of websites with in weeks. And everybody selling the same for cents and dimes.

No! That's not the case. You will find PLR product, that gives you the license to sell the product with MRR and also you will find PLR product that gives you the license to sell the product with PLR. Hence, the lciense will vary, so it's always better to read the license rights before buying the PLR product.

    SV,

That is not correct. PLR rights are established by the product creator and can be anything that the creator wants. It doesn't matter that the PLR product is available in a membership site with other PLR products. The license doesn't have to be anything in particular.

I agree as others have mentioned, that MRR products often become devalued very quickly. So don't offer MRR!

Just sell PLR and be very specific in your license terms so there is no question about what can and can't be done with your product. You can specify a minimum suggested selling price if you like (but I'm not sure how enforceable that term will be.)

Many product creators keep sales exclusive to themselves and their associates until the product sales begin to drop off . . . then they get a boost of income by offering PLR rights to that same product and stop promoting it themselves.

The short answer is . . . the terms of the PLR license are totally up to the creator.

    Good luck,

    Steve

Steve made a great point there.

That is probably the BEST thing to do as the product creator. Be as specific as possible so no one does anything with your work that you don't want done.

If you are talking about PLR then you need to change the entire product around to match it as a brand new product. new sales page, new design, also you might want to pay to have it rewritten. PLR is a great way to produce your own product fast.
