Best place to sell franchise leads

This is my first post, so I apologize if this is in the wrong place.

I'm building a website to help people sell businesses and I thought that a reasonable place to start user-testing (buy AdWords and see what the bounce rates are around my site) would to attempting to sell various franchises.

If I gather up a small list of people who are interested in buying different franchises, and I call them to confirm their interest, it seems like these leads should have value and that I should be able to sell them to someone.

Is there a central clearing house for these types of leads, or do I need to reach out to brokers and sell these individually? Is there a more efficient way than this?

If someone wants to buy (for example), a McDonald's, how much can I sell that lead for, typically?

    GTC,

I'm not sure you have a viable business model here.

If I want to buy a McDonald's franchise, why would I not go directly to the source where I can learn all about their franchise opportunities?

I doubt that McDs pays finders fees on their potential franchise owners.

Another question about this business model: Are your leads going to want you to sell their name and contact info all across the Internet to people they don't know?
